Booking & Payment Policy
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be made 7–14 days prior to departure.
- Prices are subject to change until booking is fully confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per supplier policies:
- More than 21 days before departure: minimal or no charges
- 14–21 days before departure: 30–50% of total cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 50–75% of total cost

Amendments & Changes
Any changes in travel dates, passenger names, city combinations, or itinerary after confirmation may attract additional charges.

Visa Responsibility
Visa approval is subject to Schengen and respective European country immigration regulations and embassy discretion.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for Schengen visa processing and is strongly recommended for all travellers.

Bon Voyage shall not be held liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, political situations, or government regulations.
Bon Voyage operates as a travel facilitator and arranges services through third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, rail operators, transport providers, and tour operators. While we carefully select our partners, Bon Voyage cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of these service providers.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their passport validity (minimum 6 months), Schengen visa compliance, and adherence to immigration rules of the respective European countries visited.
Any additional costs incurred due to personal circumstances, missed connections, documentation issues, border controls, changes in plans, or unforeseen situations during travel shall be the responsibility of the traveller.
