All Armenia tour packages are subject to availability at the time of booking and are valid only for the travel dates mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
Booking & Payment Policy
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be made 7–14 days prior to departure.
- Prices are subject to change until booking is fully confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per supplier policies:
- More than 21 days before departure: minimal or no charges
- 14–21 days before departure: 30–50% of total cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 50–75% of total cost

Amendments & Changes
Any changes in travel dates, passenger names, or itinerary after confirmation may attract additional charges.
Hotel & Flight Changes
Hotels and flights mentioned are subject to availability and may be replaced with similar category alternatives if required.

Guests are responsible for ensuring their passport validity (minimum 6 months) and compliance with Armenian immigration rules.
Any additional costs incurred due to personal circumstances, changes in plans, border regulations, or unforeseen situations during travel shall be the responsibility of the traveller.
