All Oman tour packages are subject to availability at the time of booking and are valid only for the travel dates mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
Booking & Payment Policy
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be made 7–14 days prior to departure.
- Prices are subject to change until booking is fully confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per supplier policies:
- More than 21 days before departure: minimal or no charges
- 14–21 days before departure: 30–50% of total cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 50–75% of total cost

Amendments & Changes
Any changes in travel dates, passenger names, accommodation, or itinerary after confirmation may attract additional charges.
Hotel & Transport Changes
Hotels, desert camps, transport services, and sightseeing arrangements mentioned are subject to availability and may be replaced with similar or equivalent alternatives if required.
Visa Responsibility
Visa approval is subject to Omani immigration regulations and the discretion of the respective embassy or border authorities.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers visiting Oman.

Bon Voyage shall not be held liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, political situations, natural disasters, or government regulations.
Bon Voyage operates as a travel facilitator and arranges services through third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, desert camps, transport providers, and tour operators. While we carefully select our partners, Bon Voyage cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of these service providers.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their passport validity (minimum 6 months) and compliance with Omani immigration and entry regulations.
Any additional costs incurred due to personal circumstances, border regulations, missed connections, documentation issues, changes in plans, or unforeseen situations during travel shall be the responsibility of the traveller.
