Booking & Payment Policy
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be made 7โ14 days prior to departure.
- Prices are subject to change until booking is fully confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per supplier policies:
- More than 21 days before departure: minimal or no charges
- 14โ21 days before departure: 30โ50% of total cost
- 7โ14 days before departure: 50โ75% of total cost

Amendments & Changes
Any changes in travel dates, passenger names, city combinations, or itinerary after confirmation may attract additional charges.

Bon Voyage operates as a travel facilitator and arranges services through third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, rail operators, and tour operators. While we carefully select our partners, Bon Voyage cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of these service providers.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their passport validity (minimum 6 months), Schengen visa compliance, and adherence to French immigration rules.
Any additional costs incurred due to personal circumstances, missed connections, documentation issues, changes in plans, or unforeseen situations during travel shall be the responsibility of the traveller.
