Booking & Payment Policy
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be made 7–14 days prior to departure.
- Prices are subject to change until booking is fully confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per supplier policies:
- More than 21 days before departure: minimal or no charges
- 14–21 days before departure: 30–50% of total cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 50–75% of total cost

Amendments & Changes
Any changes in travel dates, passenger names, flight details, or itinerary after confirmation may attract additional charges.

Hotels, domestic flights, Nile cruises, and transport services mentioned are subject to availability and may be replaced with similar or equivalent alternatives if required.
Visa Responsibility

Force Majeure
Bon Voyage shall not be held liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, political situations, natural disasters, or government regulations.
Bon Voyage operates as a travel facilitator and arranges services through third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, Nile cruise operators, transport providers, and tour operators. While we carefully select our partners, Bon Voyage cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of these service providers.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their passport validity (minimum 6 months) and compliance with Egyptian immigration and entry regulations.
Any additional costs incurred due to personal circumstances, missed flights, documentation issues, changes in plans, or unforeseen situations during travel shall be the responsibility of the traveller.
