Booking & Payment Policy
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be made 7–14 days prior to departure.
- Prices are subject to change until booking is fully confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per supplier policies:
- More than 21 days before departure: minimal or no charges
- 14–21 days before departure: 30–50% of total cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 50–75% of total cost

Amendments & Changes
Any changes in travel dates, passenger names, accommodation, or itinerary after confirmation may attract additional charges.

Visa Responsibility

While we carefully select our partners, Bon Voyage cannot be held responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of these service providers.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their passport validity (minimum 6 months) and compliance with Jordanian immigration and entry regulations.
Any additional costs incurred due to personal circumstances, border regulations, missed connections, documentation issues, changes in plans, or unforeseen situations during travel shall be the responsibility of the traveller.
